The problem

StaffVMS, the other admin apps the team runs day to day, and the Flutter and React Native mobile apps were already in production and had to keep working as the machine fleet and its data kept growing.

What I built

Alongside feature work, I carried their support:

• fixing bugs, shipping enhancements and improvements, handling admin-level support tasks and issues reported by staff, and keeping the mobile apps working across releases and devices.

What it changed

It is the less visible half of the job, and it shows up as production systems that stay up, issues that get closed instead of re-reported, and performance that holds rather than degrades as the fleet grows.
